I've worked in Ixtapa Zihuatanejo first as a guide assistant since 1995, supporting my father (one of the first guides in Ixtapa Zihuatanejo). During the decade of the 90's we mainly made city tours and snorkeling tours in the coral reefs of the municipality of Zihuatanejo de Azueta. In the year 2007 after a course of tourist guides made in the faculty of Acapulco, I obtained my tourist guide credential. Some of the tours I do most often are the tours to the only archaeological site that is open and managed by the INAH in the municipality of Zihuatanejo de Azueta, always and with much pride. I also try to add some rural tourism to my archaeological tours so that travelers learn more about our customs and traditions. Another important part that is increasing in our municipality are the Eco-Tours and adventure tours, so we make kayak trips to the different beaches of Ixtapa Zihuatanejo, including snorkeling tours. Also, the kayak tours for bird watching are our favorites!
