The tour starts at 11:30 a.m. with the pick up at your hotel in Ensenada. With this excursion, you will discover the cheese and wine route in the Ojos Negros Valley, located east of Ensenada. The route is internationally recognized for the excellent quality of its wines and cheeses. You can enjoy a visit to La Cava de Marcelo, where you can learn with a guided tour, about agricultural production, livestock care, cheese production, and family history, to end with a cheese tasting and came. Later, you can enjoy gourmet dishes at La Casa Marcelo restaurant, contemporary Mexican cuisine with local seasonal ingredients (meal not included). The brand is Ramonetti Cheeses and offers natural cheeses in different presentations: fresh, with basil, with rosemary, with pepper, 6 months, 1 and 2-year-old cheese, ricotta and butter of the highest quality.
