About this experience

We will visit wine cellars full of history and tradition, workshops where you will know the processes of maturation and handling of cheese, emblematic streets full of color and crafts. All this and much more await you on the Wine and Cheese Route! Start your journey in the center of the CDMX where a comfortable van will transport you to the La Redonda wine estate, where after walking through the plant, you will meet underground cellars a depth of 25 meters and learn about the winemaking process sparkling, red and white. From how the liquid is extracted after harvest, to the final bottling and labeling process. Enjoy a tasting accompanied by cold meats and cheeses from the region. Stop in the magical town of Bernal, where you will meet the third largest monolith in the world that supposedly has magical powers. Walk the picturesque streets full of handicrafts such as wool, mud, stone and gastronomic products such as the delicious stuffed bread and the Mexican sweet museum before returning to the beautiful Mexico City.
