About this experience

The best way to live the tequila route is on horseback, as did the revolutionaries who rode these paths on their way to Guadalajara. We will enjoy amazing landscapes declared World Heritage by Unesco and a place that combines a historical, heritage, cultural and natural wealth, full of Mexican traditions. We begin our tour with a visit to the Hacienda de Casa Herradura where we will know the process of making tequila, with more than 150 years old, we will have tequila tasting and a tour of the facilities. We visit the old factory declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco (2006). We will know the process of making tequila in 1870. We continue to the town of Tequila where we will have time for shopping before starting the ride. The horses will be ready in the center of the town of Tequila where we will begin our journey, assembled we leave the village to enter the agave fields at the foot of the hill, and just over 45 min we will arrive at the Cofradia distillery, where we will have food and another tequila tasting.
